The SC Department of Health and Environmental Control is working in partnership with the Alliance for a Healthier SC to develop a comprehensive picture of health factors and health outcomes in our state and a multi-year roadmap for continuing to improve the health of all South Carolinians. The Live Healthy South Carolina initiative is South Carolina's first state health assessment and state health improvement plan.
In order to make this happen, the Alliance and SC DHEC need your help! Please take a few minutes to take the public input survey. The results will be used to identify issues that can be addressed through collaborative planning and action.
